He has a wide range of experience in corporate and international tax as well as foreign exchange regulations. His working with PAMS for more than 8 years, Sudhir has been advising multinationals as well as large Indian corporate on complex tax issues, as well as on the Foreign Direct Investment policy and foreign exchange regulations. Sudhir looks after advisory work for clients, as well as representation before the various tax authorities.Sudhir is involved in serving many clients across various sectors including financial services, life sciences & healthcare, energy & resources, IT/BPO, public sector, etc

A Law Graduate, Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI India and Chartered Secretary from ICSA U.K. and Masters in Management (full time) from Asian Institute of Management Manila Philippines. He is also an Associate in Risk Management from the American Institute of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters USA (AICPCU) and Certified Member of Institute of Risk Management (IRM) London. He has over 21 years of experience in Business Planning and Development, Sales & Marketing, International Business, and Legal Compliance & Financial Reporting.

Prior to joining PPG, Shubham has also served in reputed IDFC First bank where he was part of High value Loans Assessments.
